Sir Thomas Sean Connery (born 25 August 1930) is a retired Scottish actor and producer who has won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one of them being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award) and three Golden Globes (including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award). He was knighted by Elizabeth II in July 2000, and received the Kennedy Center Honors in the US. Wikipedia

Retired since 2012 Sean Connery's career spans a remarkable 58 years, best known for his portrayal of James Bond in 7 films between 1962 and 1983 Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor (The Untouchables, 1998). Other notable performances in Connery's career include The Man Who Would Be King (1975), Highlander (1986), Hunt for Red October (1990) and the The Rock (1996).
